Terms of Service & Platform Agreement
Data protection, AI processing rights, Cohort network & licensed migration advisory governance in respective jurisdictions.
Effective Date: September 2026. Please read this Agreement carefully before using services provided by AYAIR and its associated platforms.
1. Agreement & Dossier Authorization
By engaging our services or submitting credentials, you grant AYAIR the revocable license to store, parse with artificial intelligence, and distribute your academic and visa portfolio to our 30+ Cohort Leads, institutional partners, and Licensed Migration Advisors Network solely for admissions and migration placement purposes.
2. Warranties of Authenticity
- Applicants warrant the absolute veracity of all submitted transcripts, test scores, and financial certifications.
- Fraudulent submissions result in immediate cancellation of representation and statutory reporting where required by law.
3. AI Execution & Outcome Limitations
AI orchestration tools serve solely as workflow accelerators. AYAIR does not guarantee scholarship grants or visa issuances, which remain under sovereign and institutional authority.
4. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, system architectures, and learning materials are protected assets of AYAIR. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
